Shawn McHale - President & Principal
With nearly four decades of experience in the industrial-commercial-institutional construction sector, Shawn brings to Nvoy his vast wealth of knowledge and expertise in the realm of glazing and building facade products.
Having held diverse roles over his career, ranging from glass product fabrication and installation to project management and estimating, he now serves as President and Principal of Nvoy Architectural Products Inc, alongside his role as Vice President and co-owner of Construction Distribution Network Inc (CDNI).
Barbara Kinney - Principal
Barbara is the founder and President of Construction Distribution Network Inc (CDNI). Joining the NVOY team as a Principal, she works closely with our clients to fully understand their needs and deliver effective, creative solutions to any building envelope project challenge.
Her attention to detail and passionate efforts have helped ensure that Nvoy Architectural Products Inc excels as the trusted partner who can meet your building envelope product and project needs.
Arthur "Art" Huard - Principal
A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, Art is nearing 5 decades of service in the glass and glazing industry. Based in Toronto ON, Art connects with clients across North America and the Caribbean, and vendors around the globe. Art is a glass specialist, having worked in all levels of the glass business on a global basis for many years.
In addition to glass, Art also has experience and expertise in railing systems, aluminum panels, architectural aluminum products, structural glass walls, and fire rated glass systems. To remain up to date with all the building envelope products we offer, Art constantly travels to visit factories, vendors, and world glass and construction shows worldwide. He is constantly looking for updates on our current offerings, and looking for the next great building envelope product or service we can offer to our customers.
Pamela Kay Meyer - Principal
With over 40 years of excellence in leadership, customer service, and communication, Pamela is the newest addition to the NVOY team. Joining us in January 2024, she is set to lead our marketing program and provide invaluable sales support. We are thrilled to have her on board and cannot wait to see the impact she will make.
